Firmware | Click Here to Download Please check your current firmware version before upgrading. If your current dash cam version is NEWER than version downloaded from this page, DO NOT upgrade your dash cam or it may cease to function. |
Instructions | 1. Power off the dash cam first and then eject the MicroSD Card from the dash cam. 2. Using a card reader to insert Micro SD Card into your computer. 3. Drag or copy FW96670A.bin to your SD card. 4. Eject the MicroSD card from the computer. 5. Insert the MicroSD card into the dash cam and power it on. The screen will remain dark for around 1 minute and it will reboot. 6. Go to settings to verify the version: Click OK to stop recording to enter menu and Press Menu twice to enter the second page of the menu ->firmware version -> It should show Orbit956_03092021_V1.1. Press OK to stop recording and to enter menu and Press Menu twice to enter the second page of the menu -> format -> SD Card ->OK. After formatting is finished, you are good to go. |

The G-sensor is a gravity sensor that will sense any collision or drastic breaking and will automatically lock onto the recorded emergency files so they won’t be loop recorded over.

Speed Reminder
When the drivers speed exceeds 65 Miles/ H(100Km/H) the dash cam will beep once to remind you to drive at a safe speed.

Driver Fatigue Alert
After driving for a long period of time, your dash cam will alert you to take a break from driving.
